Bayview Demolition, Environmental, & Industrial

This project consisted of the complete interior demolition of two one-story
warehouse buildings in preparation for future tenant improvements. Over the course of six
weeks, Bayview performed a full white box demolition, removing all non-structural interior
components while preserving the building shell. The scope included the demolition of office
spaces, indoor squash ball courts, interior partitions, ceilings, and other building finishes. A mini
excavator and skid steer were utilized to efficiently complete the demolition and debris
removal. Upon completion, both buildings were fully gutted and ready for the next phase of
construction.
