June 1995

Parent Company Established

H2C2 and Associates, Inc., is established as the parent company of Bayview to provide for the expansion and to perform construction management services for its subsidiaries.

February 1999

Demolition Services Introduced

Demo Masters, Inc., is established as a union contractor in Northern California, primarily providing interior selective demolition services for commercial and industrial buildings.

March 2007

ESOP Established

The Employee Stock Ownership Plan is established by H2C2 and Associates, Inc., as a vehicle for its business succession strategy.

April 2018

SoCal Expansion Begun

H2C2 and Associates, Inc., expands to Southern California, opening its Santa Fe Springs office. All divisions begin to serve existing customers and expand into new client relationships.

September 2018

Silver Anniversary

The company celebrates its 25th year in business.

August 2019

Rebranding Under Bayview Umbrella

H2C2 and Associates, Inc., rebrands to Bayview Services, Inc., as a continued implementation of its growth and business succession strategies. Demo Masters, Inc., rebrands to Bayview Demolition Services, Inc.

March 2021

Industrial Division Introduced

Bayview Industrial Services, Inc., is established in Southern California, primarily providing cleaning, maintenance, and transportation services — from hazardous materials remediation to process system decontamination.

January 2024

San Diego Expansion

In 2024, Bayview Services reached another major milestone with the opening of its San Diego office, strengthening the company’s ability to serve clients throughout Southern California.

As Bayview’s reputation for safe, reliable, and responsive service continued to grow, so did the demand for local support across the region. The San Diego expansion was a natural progression of the company’s long-term vision to provide Environmental, Demolition, and Industrial services wherever our clients need us most.

The new office enhances Bayview’s ability to deliver projects efficiently while building stronger relationships with public agencies, general contractors, property owners, and private sector partners throughout San Diego County. By establishing a local presence, Bayview can respond more quickly, provide greater project oversight, and support the unique needs of one of California’s fastest-growing markets.

From its beginnings in Northern California to the establishment of offices in Los Angeles and now San Diego, Bayview Services continues to invest in strategic growth while maintaining its commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
