Bayview Demolition Services was contracted to complete selective demolition at an old library building on the 5885 Haven Ave campus of Chaffey Community College, in preparation for this building to become new offices and student meeting spaces. Selective demolition included removal of book shelving, casework, , lighting systems, ceiling grids, drywall walls, and minor MEP work throughout 20,000 square foot space.
