Bayview Services completed extensive demolition and environmental remediation at the SOF-X Treehouse project after significant water intrusion affected a newly constructed six-story building. Initially awarded as a $35,000 concrete block removal project, the scope expanded into approximately $4 million in demolition, remediation, and water damage recovery.

With growing concerns about potential mold contamination, Bayview Demolition and Bayview Environmental performed demolition, cleanup, and abatement across approximately 120,000 square feet. Rapid mobilization, extensive coordination, and aggressive scheduling were essential to mitigate damage and support the building’s recovery.

At peak production, Bayview managed approximately 80 personnel on-site. Superintendent Art Alfaro coordinated manpower, equipment, and materials, while Foreman Juan Lopez and the field team worked closely with project stakeholders to complete the work safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements.

Bayview Services completed an 84,000-square-foot, three-floor full gut demolition project for Netflix under contract with BNBuilders. The scope of work included the removal of interior walls, architectural finishes, raised computer flooring, and a large stone flooring area located on the first level. Due to the size and logistics of the project, first-floor debris was offloaded utilizing bobcats, while upper-floor debris removal was performed using a reach forklift to maintain production efficiency throughout demolition activities.

Valued at $837,214, the project was completed between January 19, 2026, and March 5, 2026, with an average crew size of 15 personnel. Despite the aggressive project schedule and coordination demands, Bayview successfully completed all demolition activities safely and on time through close collaboration with the general contractor. The project achieved a 75% material diversion rate, reinforcing Bayview’s commitment to responsible waste management and recycling practices.

The project was led in the field by Anthony Navarro and Josue Torrez, whose coordination, planning, and communication efforts helped ensure the work was executed efficiently and without safety incidents.

Bayview Services completed interior demolition work at the existing café within the Autry Museum of the American West under contract with Hathaway Dinwiddie Construction Company. The project involved selective interior demolition within the active museum environment to prepare the space for future renovations and upgrades.

Completed in February 2026, the $59,900 project encompassed approximately 2,800 square feet and was performed by a seven-person crew led by Superintendent Jose Torres and Foreman James Castro. Due to the sensitive nature of the facility, Bayview coordinated demolition activities carefully to maintain a safe and controlled work environment while minimizing disruption to surrounding operations.

Through effective field coordination and efficient project execution, Bayview successfully completed the demolition scope safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project requirements.
