I joined Bayview 6 months ago as an Assistant Estimator and Project Manager. Although I’m new to the company, I grew up around this industry, and it’s been exciting to officially step into this field and continue building my experience in a hands-on way.
Joining the project management team has been a great experience, and I’ve really enjoyed learning from such a knowledgeable group. I’m grateful to be part of a team and leadership group that is so supportive and hardworking.
Being part of an ESOP company is something I really value. It’s motivating to know that the work we put in each day contributes to the company’s success while also investing in our own future.
