As we approach the end of the fiscal year, it’s a good time to reflect on the growth of our company. It’s been a busy year with many changes that we should all be excited about. One of the biggest changes includes the re-branding of our company to bring all three divisions (Environmental, Demolition, and Insulation) under the “Bayview Services” umbrella. Along with the rebranding came a new logo and website. The new website provides a one-stop-shop for our clients that is clean, easy to navigate, and highlights the many services we provide. It is a great example of the experience, skill, and professionalism that we provide as individuals and collectively as a company.
Along with the rebranding, we have seen some new talent to join our team in the Estimating, Operations, and Administration Departments. As the company continues to grow, the need for talented individuals to take our company to the next level becomes more important. It’s exciting to see that people in the industry are taking notice of our growth and want to be a part of our team.
With the addition of talent comes the need to expand our office. Currently under construction in the warehouse is a 1,400 square foot, mixed-use, office addition. The new addition will include a conference room, manifest printing area, and offices. It also means that the Insulation division will be moving to the Oakland office to continue its growth and development with the Environmental and Demolition divisions.
There are many exciting changes that have taken place this year including re-branding, new website, and office additions. Revenues continue to be at an all-time high as all three divisions are bringing in new business and return customers. The new logo and website are something that we can all be very proud of. It’s exciting to see all of the new faces around the office and know that the growth of our company has attracted some new talent. These are all very encouraging signs of a growing company that is built to last.
