The format of the Quarterly is designed to inform its readers about various subjects regarding the company, employees, and upcoming events.
Our company started its Employee Stock Ownership Plan (“ESOP”) in 2007. Since that time, Bayview has promoted the value and benefits of Employee Ownership to its employees. The first Quarterly of the year centers around recent company growth, and some of the exciting projects currently underway. We revisit the company Holiday Party, Bayview’s commitment to charity, and the launch of our social media sites for employees.
