Vanessa Millan, one of our ESOP Committee members, attended the ESOP Conference in Sacramento from September 24-26, joining employee-owned companies from across California and Nevada. The conference opened with a networking social, providing the chance to meet and learn from experienced ESOP professionals. The first full day featured informative sessions on maintaining strong ownership culture and enhancing employee engagement. Evening networking continued where connections were made with various companies. The final day included additional workshops and closed with a silent auction and grand prize drawing. The overall experience offered valuable insights and inspiration to support the ongoing development of Bayview’s ESOP program.
