NorCal Fishing Outing-
In August 2025, members of the Operations Department and Estimating teams from Bayview enjoyed a memorable NorCal Fishing outing. Departing from the Emeryville Marina, the group made several scenic stops along the San Francisco Bay while enjoying a delicious breakfast and lunch on board. It was a fun and relaxing day on the water, offering a special treat for employees and a welcome opportunity to connect outside the fast pace of the workday. Events like this remind us of the importance of team building—creating space to strengthen relationships, foster collaboration, and recharge together. A special thank-you goes to Peter Warren for making this outing possible and for supporting experiences that bring our teams closer together!
