Our company started its Employee Stock Ownership Plan (“ESOP”) in 2007. Since that time, Bayview has promoted the value and benefits of Employee Ownership to its employees. This quarterly will include a recap of an excellent fishing trip on the San Francisco Bay attended by the Northern California sales and operations team. We also attended multiple events and hosted a summer holiday party. We’ll review the basics of ESOP qualification and membership to continue the education of our ESOP members.  Most importantly, we are proud to celebrate the 30th Birthday of Bayview, and excited to look back at some of our company’s history.
