The format of the Quarterly is designed to inform its readers about various subjects regarding the company, employees, and upcoming events.

Our company started its Employee Stock Ownership Plan ("ESOP") in 2007. Since that time, Bayview has promoted the value and benefits of Employee Ownership to its employees. This Quarterly introduces the new team members who work at Certified Blue Recycling (CBR). We also sent some ESOP Committee members to the West Coast ESOP convention in San Diego. We’ll hear about their experience, and what they can bring back to enhance our ESOP meetings and ownership knowledge. We'll also check out some events with clients, and review how diversification of shares ESOP works. Lastly, we’ll check in on some current large projects across all of our divisions.
