The format of the Quarterly is designed to inform its readers about various subjects regarding the company, employees, and upcoming events.

Our company started its Employee Stock Ownership Plan (“ESOP”) in 2007. Since that time, Bayview has promoted the value and benefits of Employee Ownership to its employees. This Quarterly features the story and timeline of a critical project with some insights about how the team works together here at Bayview. We check in with our marketing team regarding some social events we were able to attend, and we’ll also review some current projects that are underway.
