This large-scale project for Google included the removal of structural concrete slab, topping slabs and finishes in over 30 locations throughout a massive campus that was currently under construction. Challenges included working around multiple trades/contractors as the construction went on around our work areas. This project was performed during the Covid-19 pandemic and our crews had to take extraordinary measures for worker safety and infection control.
View ProjectThis project began with the abatement of the hazardous materials (Lead and Asbestos) from within the building footprint. Upon clearance, multiple areas of concrete demolition, shaft removal, structural demolition and roofing fields were removed. This occurred above active sidewalks and busy streets requiring scaffolding, large boom lifts and detailed safety plans.
View ProjectThis multi-story project required abatement from within specific rooms along the core of the structure. Each area required its own containment and clearance upon the removal of the asbestos texture and paint. Additionally columns throughout the building were ringed with sealant requiring detailed removal from elevated platforms.
