I spent the last 16 years of my career working for a company that designed, manufactured, and installed high-end custom storage solutions. While the work itself was different, it was similar in the fact that there was a heavy focus on creative solutions and logistics to successfully deliver the end-product. I am excited to be here at Bayview where I can use the skills I’ve picked up throughout my career to sustain the success Bayview has already achieved and to reach even greater heights.
I am thrilled to be working with the Sales and Estimating Team. I am so impressed with how smart, creative, and driven these people are and it is an honor to be able to call them my team. I look forward to learning from them every day and helping them to achieve their goals.
It is great to be a part of a company that is so focused on taking care of its people. Knowing that the effort I put forth now will provide security in the future for myself and my family makes me only want to work that much harder. It is evident to me that ESOP has helped to build a strong performance culture and great morale which are integral parts of a successful company.
