The format of the Quarterly is designed to inform its readers about various subjects regarding the company, employees, and upcoming events.

Our company started its Employee Stock Ownership Plan (“ESOP”) in 2007. Since that time, Bayview has promoted the value and benefits of Employee Ownership to its employees. This Quarterly centers around the launch of Bayview Industrial Services Inc. This new division will provide new business opportunities for the company and exciting growth potential for ESOP members. We review some current projects that are underway, trainings for our operations staff, and get to know Rich Cook, our Northern California Sales Manager.
