The exterior scope of work consists of fully scaffolded around the entire building perimeter, shrink wrapped, media blast the asbestos containing wall coating, abate windows, roofing field penthouse siding and chip out 3” inches of concrete with PCB’s caulking around the columns.

The interior scope of work consists of demo and offload non-hazardous debris to access the abatement, abate drywall system, TSI pipe insulation, HVAC ductwork with ACM mastics, floor tile and associated mastics and Universal waste.

Biggest challenge that we’re having is waiting on the WD (building owner) and GC to safe off utilities and offloading the non-hazardous (C&D) debris prior to start the interior abatement.
