Project Summary

Spanning the rooftop, exterior service yard, and interior clean rooms, the project required coordinated manpower, heavy equipment, and certified equipment operators to execute an extensive demolition scope.

On the rooftop, our team removed all rooftop units, along with associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, conduits, and HVAC ductwork. Work also extended into the exterior service yard, where crews removed water tanks and all MEP systems serving the area. Inside the building, Bayview Demolition performed comprehensive clean room demolition, including full removal of walls, ceilings, flooring, and all above-ceiling MEP systems. This work required close coordination between crews handling interior demolition and those removing equipment and systems outside the building.

Heavy equipment and certified operators played a key role in completing the project, supporting demolition, material handling, and debris removal. Coordinating equipment operations with demolition crews helped manage the substantial volume of material removed from the facility and kept work moving efficiently across multiple areas. Led by Superintendent Josue Torres and Foreman Jose Aguila, the team managed daily field operations, manpower, and equipment throughout the project. Their leadership and the crew’s execution demonstrate Bayview Demolition’s ability to deliver large-scale demolition projects involving extensive building systems removal and interior demolition.
