Project Summary
Bayview Demolition Services was contracted to complete selective demolition of a 20,000 SF office in preparation for it’s conversion to a new Crime Lab for the Long Beach Police Department. Scope included demolition of nearly all partition walls, ceiling, flooring, restrooms, and associated MEP infrastructure. In addition, the demolition of all mechanical equipment present on the 6th floor roof, and various tasks within the parking garages such as striping and cable guard railings.
