Our company started its Employee Stock Ownership Plan (“ESOP”) in 2007. Since that time, Bayview has promoted the value and benefits of Employee Ownership to its employees. This quarterly will include a recap of our ESOP Committee Happenings, a new feature offered to Bayview employees called “Working Advantage”, we will highlight important work anniversaries, as well as some of Bayview’s recent projects.
