Bayview Environmental Services was awarded the hazardous materials abatement package for the Patrick Henry Middle School pre-demolition project in Sunnyvale, California. The scope of work included the remediation and safe removal of asbestos-containing materials, lead-based paint, and various forms of universal waste across seven existing school buildings.

The project required detailed coordination with the general contractor and environmental consultant to ensure all hazardous materials were removed safely and in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Bayview deployed a skilled crew trained in AHERA and Cal/OSHA standards to execute the work efficiently within the tight 40-day schedule.

Through strong project management, clear communication, and adherence to strict safety protocols, Bayview successfully completed the project on time and without incident—demonstrating our continued commitment to quality, safety, and environmental stewardship.

Industrial Cleaning of heavy fuel oil tanks and systems as part of a retrofit operation. These operations require advanced levels of Supervision Coordination and Foreman field sequencing to complete.

Bayview Environmental Services was hired as a general contractor to clear a 14-acre site for a new football field/ soccer field and new Olympic-sized pool. The project included structural demolition of the football stadium bleachers and miscellaneous buildings.  Site work included asphalt and concrete removal and clear and grubbing throughout the site.  Hazardous Materials remediation included abating 8 large stadium lights removing asbestos & lead at the outbuildings & removing over 5,000 LF of asbestos underground piping under a Procedure 5.

Bayview Environmental and Demolition Services was contracted to perform the renovation work at the Sheraton San Diego Harbor Lanai Tower. The project began with asbestos abatement of drywall materials within 122 guestroom bathrooms. Upon receiving environmental clearances, Bayview’s demolition team mobilized to complete the selective interior demolition throughout the guestroom levels.

The demolition scope included the removal and proper disposal of bath tubs, floor finishes, doors, door frames, interior partition walls, vanities, and associated fixtures. Due to the project’s high-profile hospitality setting, our crews maintained strict adherence to noise, dust, and debris control measures to minimize disruption to ongoing hotel operations.

This project highlighted Bayview’s ability to deliver coordinated abatement and demolition services efficiently within an active and operational facility — meeting both schedule and quality expectations.
