The format of the Quarterly is designed to inform its readers about various subjects regarding the company, employees, and upcoming events.

Our company started its Employee Stock Ownership Plan (“ESOP”) in 2007. Since that time, Bayview has promoted the value and benefits of Employee Ownership to its employees. This Quarterly covers the acquisition of Bluewater services and the introduction of our new team members at Bayview Services. We’ll learn about our new recycling facility Certified Blue Recycling (staff introductions next quarter) and the opportunities it will provide for our company and ESOP growth. Lastly we’ll touch on how an ESOP works, company events, and current projects that are underway.
