The format of the Quarterly is designed to inform its readers about various subjects regarding the company, employees, and upcoming events.

Our company started its Employee Stock Ownership Plan (“ESOP”) in 2007. Since that time, Bayview has promoted the value and benefits of Employee Ownership to its employees. This Quarterly reviews the way our company weathered the pandemic in the past year. We also check in with our newest division, Bayview Industrial Services, to hear about their growth and progress. We will review some current projects that are underway for each division, welcome some new ESOP members, and celebrate the safety and performance of some of our field staff.
