In the newsletter every quarter, we discuss the advancement and evolution of our company and the future our ESOP members can look forward to here at Bayview Services, Inc. We can proudly announce that we have established a new office and yard location for our Southern California division.
The property is located at 15535 Garfield Ave., Paramount CA 90723. The property will now allow the company to begin to undertake greater service support for our customer base in Southern California. The new office space will provide the ability to expand our Administrative, Estimating and Operational offices. This will also be timed with the permanent relocation of individuals from the corporate office to Southern California to continue with our dedicated growth strategy. In addition to the increased office space, the new office will incorporate a greater technology structure, which will allow our operations department to enhance our project scheduling and employee dispatching abilities.
The yard location will also be of significant importance in our ability to expand our service capabilities for our customers. The new yard space will be able to support debris bins, material sorting processes, and interim waste storage solutions. In short, we will be able to completely duplicate the services we provide in Northern California. We have firmly placed our stake in the Southern California market.
A second permanent location has been made possible by the hard work of our growing team in Southern California, and the efforts by all of our ESOP members. Thanks for your hard work!
