Bayview Demolition and Bayview Environmental successfully completed the interior soft demolition of non-structural ceiling systems, partition walls, and floor finishes across 29 floors of this commercial building.

The hazardous material abatement scope included the removal and proper disposal of asbestos and lead-containing materials, mercury-containing fluorescent light tubes, and PCB-containing lighting ballasts.

The project was completed two weeks ahead of schedule, demonstrating efficiency and adherence to safety and environmental standards.
