Bayview Demolition, Environmental, & Industrial

The Sacramento Municipal Utility District project utilized all three of our divisions with an approximate contract value of $11,490,000. Our Environmental team abated asbestos and remediated PCBs in fireproofing, floor tile/mastic, and miscellaneous sealant. Additionally, Demo Masters (now Bayview Demolition) took care of the parking structure and five-story office tower by bringing it back to shell. Finally, Bayview Industrial was tasked with the draining of HVAC systems, and processing of wastewater. Also of note, the building was deemed historic, which required special precautions and great attention to detail.
