Project Summary
Bayview Demolition performed selective interior demolition across four floors of an occupied historic building, removing non-structural ceiling systems, partition walls, and floor finishes while maintaining safe operations in an active environment.
The hazardous materials abatement scope included the safe removal and compliant disposal of asbestos- and lead-containing materials, mercury-containing fluorescent light tubes, and PCB-containing lighting ballasts. In addition, Bayview salvaged and stored historic trim and completed window-paint preparation to preserve the building’s architectural character.
