Starting in August 2025, this $109,000.00 phased interior demolition project for Fox involved the renovation of 9,087 square feet of edit booths. Working under Hathaway Dinwiddie, a dedicated eight-person crew managed the comprehensive removal of millwork, furniture, equipment, and acoustical wall paneling. The scope also included the demolition of t-bar ceilings and grids, hardlid ceilings, drywall partitions, doors, and HVAC ducting. The project was successfully completed in December 2025, ensuring the specialized media spaces were cleared and prepared for subsequent construction.
