This tenant-improvement demolition project included the removal and disposal of interior walls of an existing concrete tilt-up and panelized roof structure building, as well as that of ceiling, flooring, light fixtures, and overhead mechanical, electrical, and plumbing throughout the structure. We also performed selective sawcutting, slab breaking, and excavating for removal of underground utilities and new footings.
