Bayview Environmental Services successfully completed a comprehensive hazardous materials abatement and demolition project at the International School in San Francisco, California. Working alongside Related California Construction LLC, our team performed exterior and interior abatement, soft demolition, and selective structural demolition across approximately 128,000 square feet, encompassing six floors, the roof, and a penthouse.

The project presented a significant scheduling challenge, requiring the primary scope of work to be completed within an aggressive 15-calendar-day window. To meet this demanding timeline, Bayview mobilized a workforce of approximately 40 skilled professionals, implementing extended shifts, weekend work, and closely coordinated operations to maintain productivity across multiple work areas.

Through effective planning, field leadership, and coordination with the general contractor, Bayview successfully executed the project while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and schedule performance. The project also achieved a 75% waste diversion rate, supporting responsible construction waste management practices.
