Bayview Demolition, Environmental, & Industrial

The project is about 50,000 SF of roofing material with a high pitch roof about 100 feet high. Our crew needed to work off a scaffold and  hang from the pitch of the roof with harnesses to remove the upper portion.  Additional protection was necessary to prevent falling debris due to this being an active campus with pedestrians walking around the premises. This project will go over three phases and be completed on summer of 2026.
