Bayview Demolition, Environmental, & Industrial

This project involves the removal of approximately 50,000 square feet of roofing material from a high-pitched roof standing nearly 100 feet tall. Due to the steep angle, Bayview’s crew utilized specialized scaffolding systems and full fall-protection harnesses to safely remove materials from the upper sections.

Working within an active campus environment, additional safety measures were implemented to protect pedestrians and surrounding areas from falling debris. The project is being executed in three phases, with completion scheduled for summer 2026.
