This project is about 40,000 SF contaminated fireproofing and combined with non-hazardous demolition. We went over the completion date because with have a lot of challenges , such as MEP’s not being properly safed off and the other challenges was using an small elevator to offload about 30,000 pounds of material. Overall the project turned out great and the client was happy.
