Frank has been developing, implementing, and managing health and safety programs for the construction and general industry since 2014. Effective at promoting safety awareness through training, coaching, and safety incentive programs, Frank has helped reduce the frequency and severity of workplace incidents. His experience includes developing and implementing health and safety programs that support regulatory compliance, reduce risk, and drive continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Prior to becoming a health and safety professional, Frank was a licensed California Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) for seven years. As a Field Training Officer, he assisted in advanced and basic life support techniques while treating and stabilizing patients prior to hospital arrival. His experience in emergency medical services provided a strong foundation in emergency response, risk assessment, and protecting the health and well-being of others.

Since joining the company in August 2019 as Safety Manager, Frank has worked closely with the safety team and company leadership to strengthen the organization’s health and safety culture. Through the development and implementation of comprehensive safety programs, improved processes, and employee recognition initiatives, his efforts have contributed to a significant reduction in workplace injuries and incidents. Frank’s commitment to training, accountability, and continuous improvement has supported the organization’s continued focus on safety. In recognition of his contributions and leadership, Frank was promoted to Corporate Safety Director in August 2026, where he now oversees the company’s health and safety strategy and continues to support initiatives that protect employees and promote a safe work environment.
