This project encompassed comprehensive demolition services as part of the phased renovation of a four-story parking structure, a two-story office building, and an existing casino. Work was executed in carefully planned stages, beginning with the removal of exterior stucco from the parking structure, followed by the complete interior demolition of a portion of the original casino. Subsequent phases included the removal of the two-story casino’s exterior façade, significant sections of the roof and roof structure, exterior walls, and footings. Upon completion, the structure was fully reconfigured to serve as the new entrance to the casino.
