Project Summary
This multi-phase project was performed jointly by Bayview Environmental and Demo Masters (now Bayview Demolition) and encompassed both interior demolition and hazardous materials abatement. The work began with soft demolition, including the removal of all non-structural interior elements, followed by the demolition of elevator shaft walls and stairwell ceilings.
The project also involved the abatement and remediation of building components contaminated with lead-based paint. In addition, Bayview managed the careful salvage and recycling of materials to meet the project’s LEED sustainability requirements, demonstrating expertise in both environmental compliance and precision demolition.
