Frank has been developing, implementing, and managing environmental, health, and safety programs for the construction and general industry since 2014. Effective at promoting safety awareness through training, coaching, and safety incentive programs, Frank has reduced the frequency and severity of workplace incidents. He has been successful in establishing plant-wide emergency response programs such as emergency action plans, emergency evacuation drills, and spill response/prevention.
Prior to being a health and safety professional, Frank was licensed as a California Emergency Medical Technician for 7 years. He worked as a field training officer and assisted in advanced and basic life support techniques in treating and stabilizing patients prior to hospital arrival.
Frank is continuing his education by proactively taking certification classes pertaining to health and safety and is currently in pursuit of his degree in Occupational Safety and Health through Columbia Southern University.
