Bayview Demolition, Environmental, & Industrial

The Sacramento Municipal Utility District project leveraged all three Bayview divisions, with an approximate contract value of $11,490,000. Bayview Environmental abated asbestos and remediated PCBs in fireproofing, floor tile and mastic, and miscellaneous sealants. Demo Masters (now Bayview Demolition) performed the interior demolition of a five-story office tower and parking structure, returning both buildings to a clean shell. Bayview Industrial managed the draining of HVAC systems and the processing of wastewater.

The project also required special attention to historic preservation, necessitating careful planning and execution to protect the building’s unique architectural elements. This multi-divisional effort showcases Bayview’s expertise in handling complex, large-scale projects with precision, safety, and environmental compliance.
