In December, Bayview and CBR offices hosted a series of 401(k)retirement presentations for employees in both Northern and Southern California. These presentations served as informative refreshers and provided detailed guidance on key topics such as contribution options, employer benefits, investment basics, and the long-term impact of participating in the plan. The information helped employees better understand their options and feel more confident about their retirement planning.
