The format of the Quarterly is designed to inform its readers about various subjects regarding the company, employees, and upcoming events.

Our company started its Employee Stock Ownership Plan ("ESOP") in 2007. Since that time, Bayview has promoted the value and benefits of Employee Ownership to its employees. This Quarterly features a review of our successes over the past year, some updates on events and seminars our team has attended and some basics of ESOP ownership. We’ll check in on some current large projects across all of our divisions, and take the time to highlight the important women in construction that as essential to Bayview's success.
