The format of the Quarterly is designed to inform its readers about various subjects regarding the company, employees, and upcoming events.

Our company started its Employee Stock Ownership Plan ("ESOP") in 2007. Since that time, Bayview has promoted the value and benefits of Employee Ownership to its employees. This Quarterly includes an overview of our expanded capacity Certified Blue Recycling (CBR). We'll review some ESOP basics regarding receiving funds after retirement from an ESOP, check in with our safety department, and highlight holiday toy drive donations. Lastly, we’ll check in on some current large projects across all of our divisions.
