The format of the Quarterly is designed to inform its readers about various subjects regarding the company, employees, and upcoming events.

Our company started its Employee Stock Ownership Plan (“ESOP”) in 2007. Since that time, Bayview has promoted the value and benefits of Employee Ownership to its employees. This Quarterly features a look back at another successful year for our team. We’ll also check in with our marketing team as they work to expand our client base. Lastly we’ll touch on some ESOP basics, live events, and current projects that are underway.
