The format of the Quarterly is designed to inform its readers about various subjects regarding the company, employees, and upcoming events.
Our company started its Employee Stock Ownership Plan (“ESOP”) in 2007. Since that time, Bayview has promoted the value and benefits of Employee Ownership to its employees. The second Quarterly of the year centers around recent company changes amid the Covid-19 pandemic, and some of the exciting projects currently underway. We discuss the adaptations the company has made while we continue to operate as an essential business, and the launch of our digital resource portal employees.
