Bayview Demolition, Environmental, & Industrial

This project took place on an active campus within two historic buildings at the University of San Diego. Bayview performed the abatement of all asbestos and lead containing materials, as well as the interior and exterior soft and hard demolition. There were many challenges that the project team had to navigate, in addition the sequencing, fast paced schedule, and continuous concurrent work areas/containments, this project began in the early stages of the pandemic, nonetheless it was another successful project.
