Bayview Demolition, Environmental, & Industrial

This project was conducted on an active campus within two historic buildings at the University of San Diego. Bayview performed comprehensive abatement of asbestos- and lead-containing materials, as well as interior and exterior soft and hard demolition. The project presented multiple challenges, including complex sequencing, a fast-paced schedule, and concurrent work areas with multiple containments. Despite beginning in the early stages of the COVID-19 pandemic, the project was completed successfully, demonstrating Bayview’s expertise in managing complex, high-risk demolition and abatement projects in occupied historic facilities.
