Hope all is well with you. It was a pleasure working with Chuy and Claudio. From the initial job walk and planning meetings they were professional and had positive attitudes. Claudio commands presence with his team. He is like a conductor using his green laser to communicate with his team. This project had a lot of challenges and unknowns. Claudio and Chuy were in constant contact with me strategizing getting the work done safe and efficiently. They also communicated and played nice with the other trades. Claudio translated and communicated clearly to his team in our daily morning safety meetings. They were consistently working safely and wearing the proper PPE. We demoed 64K sqft incident and injury free. The Dome field and office staff enjoyed working with Chuy and Claudio. During our last Dome East Bay group meeting we recommend Bayview to the team due to our positive experience with Chuy, Claudio, Abraham, and yourself. My next job with Bayview I will request Chuy and Claudio to run it.

Project Summary
Bayview Demolition was awarded another opportunity to work alongside Dome Construction for Longfellow Property Management to revitalize this East Bay property from a former art school into a bio tech lab. The technical challenges of disassembling 20′ high CMU walls with multiple floor transitions was evident to all. After careful study and collaboration with our field team, safety and management, post- soft demolition our crew set about to deconstruct the multiple floor slabs and CMU walls, completing the project on time and on budget. Our foreman Claudio Paniagua and Superintendent Jesus Espinoza were lauded for their safety and efficiency in performing this work. This project exceeded the city recycle requirements and almost 2000 tons of construction materials were diverted from landfills.
