Project Summary

Bayview was entrusted with the demolition and abatement of four historic buildings, each requiring a careful and coordinated approach to preserve structural integrity while meeting project timelines. The demolition scope included the removal of ceiling systems, partition walls, floor finishes, and roofing materials. In conjunction with this work, Bayview’s environmental team performed hazardous materials abatement, safely removing asbestos- and lead-containing materials, mercury-containing fluorescent light tubes, and PCB-containing lighting ballasts. The project showcased Bayview’s ability to manage complex interior and exterior demolition within historically significant structures while maintaining the highest safety and environmental standards.
