This project involves the demolition and abatement of Buildings 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, and 600. The selective demolition scope includes the removal of flooring, ceilings, MEP systems, walls, and doors. Abatement work covers the removal of floor tile, mastic, window caulking, roofing penetrations, built-up roofing, and lead ceramic tile. Additionally, structural demolition includes the removal of a staircase and foundations at Building 600, as well as the perimeter cinder block walls and footings at Building 100.
