Bayview Demolition, Environmental, & Industrial

Bayview Environmental Services, Inc. was awarded the SDUSD Hoover High School Site Modernization & Site Improvements Project with PCL Construction Services, Inc. The project consists of demoing much of the surface and structure supporting elevated walkways and bridges around the center of the campus. These are wood structures with concrete topping slabs. Bayview’s scope also consisted of power washing the exterior of 18 existing buildings, and interior demolition limited to existing finishes (Ceiling Tile, Flooring, Casework, Wal Finishes) for new IT Rooms and/or new building exterior canopies.
