Bayview was selected to perform the soft demolition and minor abatement of four LEED-Existing Building (LEED-EB) certified structures. Our team executed the work with precision, carefully deconstructing materials to maximize opportunities for reuse and salvage. As part of the project’s sustainability objectives, Bayview recovered and diverted over 700,000 square feet of carpet tile under the CARE Act for recycling or reuse.

This project showcased Bayview’s commitment to environmentally responsible practices, aligning demolition operations with LEED sustainability standards and ensuring materials were handled with efficiency, safety, and environmental stewardship.
