The project at 4000 N. First Street in San Jose involved an expansive industrial research and development campus of six buildings across 27 acres. Bayview Demolition managed the selective demolition of four of the buildings, totaling approximately 318,000 square feet.

This large-scale assignment demanded meticulous planning, rigorous safety measures, and deep demolition expertise. The scope included comprehensive interior and exterior demolition, removal of exterior buttresses, precision saw-cutting of concrete walls and floors, and the removal of roofing tiles and structures — all completed to prepare the facilities for future redevelopment.
