Initiated in June 2024 and scheduled for completion in August 2026, Phase 1B was awarded to Erickson Hall as a strategic follow-up contract following the successful delivery of Phase 1A. Operating under Erickson Hall for the San Diego Unified School District, this $727,700.00 project encompasses a 40,000-square-foot footprint and is managed by a dedicated six-person crew. The comprehensive scope of work includes the systematic demolition of portable buildings and site hardscapes, alongside the high-precision selective demolition of Building B, ensuring the site is expertly prepared for subsequent phases of development.
