Project Summary

Bayview’s Southern California division completed hazardous material abatement at a six-story Kaiser Permanente facility in San Diego, CA. The work included removal of drywall joint compound around perimeter and core walls, as well as abatement of stucco, vinyl floor sheeting, and black mastic throughout the building. The project demonstrated Bayview’s ability to perform complex abatement work efficiently and safely within an occupied healthcare environment, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
